She has an MA in cognitive psychology from Northwestern University and a PhD in social psychology from the University of Virginia.
Outside of academia, Ena has labored as a consultant with Bain and Company and she is a founder member of Italian web growth company, Velodea Srl. Ena has led programmes for HSBC, Deutschebank, Prudential, YPO, World Economic Forum, Carlsberg and Arla. Herminia has directed programmes for Deutsche Bank, Unilever, Siemens and Clifford Chance. Professor Gratton is recognised as one of many world’s leading thinkers on human assets and the future of work.
Professor Gillian Ku’s internationally recognised research and educating are in the broad area of negotiations and decision making. Her research has centered on influencing and persuading change at each the person and group level. Dr Kesebir teaches Executive Leadership and Negotiations at London Business School . Prior to joining LBS, she was a submit-doctoral analysis affiliate at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. She is an editorial board member of the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, and was previously editor-in-chief and associate editor of In-Mind Magazine.
Dr Selin Kesebir’s analysis pursuits include co-operation, competition, gender, inequality and cultural transmission. Ena’s research frequently seems on the earth’s main tutorial journals and conferences.
